Who you’ll be working with:

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You’ll be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and implementing IT governance frameworks and best practices for risk management, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Leading the development of the IT strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals, objectives, and technological needs.
  • Ensuring IT compliance with industry regulations, standards (such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR), and internal policies.
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of IT professionals responsible for controls, compliance, and strategy development.
  • Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to IT governance, risk management, and strategic outcomes.
     

We’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Extensive experience 8+ years in IT governance, IT security, risk management, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of IT frameworks, governance standards (e.g., COBIT, ITIL), and industry best practices.
  • Experience with IT audit, regulatory compliance (e.g., BSP, ISO, AMLA, PCIDSS, etc), and risk management processes.
  • Experience in managing large-scale IT transformation or modernization projects.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, including cloud computing, AI, and machine learning, and their impact on IT governance and controls.
