Philo is seeking an experienced Head of Integrated Product Marketing to join our passionate marketing team. This role will lead and drive the strategy for integrated product marketing, ensuring our products deliver maximum value to our audience while increasing lifetime value.

You will be responsible for collaborating with our “goal based” product teams, overseeing go-to-market execution, and working closely with brand, growth, and lifecycle to build a world class customer journey. Your leadership will help elevate Philo’s product offerings while ensuring subscriber satisfaction and engagement across all touch points.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Philo’s business goals across our free, core subscription, and premium upgrade  businesses.
  • Oversee go-to-market strategy for our programmatic advertising business (B2B).
  • Steward efforts to define durable customer segments by leveraging deep customer insights to inform product development and engagement strategies. Use qualitative and quantitative data to understand customer behaviors, pain points, competitive landscape and preferences throughout the customer journey. 
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, marketing, and data teams to refine product positioning, value propositions, features, and messaging tailored to different customer segments.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives with an emphasis on improving overall lifetime value (LTV). 
  • Ensure successful product launches, orchestrating go-to-market execution for new features and enhancements.
  • Establish and monitor key metrics for initiatives with core focus on continuous optimization.
  • Inform potential strategic partnerships and own relevant marketing execution.
  • Manage a small product marketing team, providing direction on messaging, targeting, and tactics informed by customer data trends.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles in the consumer product or media industry.
  • Proven track record of developing go-to-market strategies across products, particularly in a direct-to-consumer or ecommerce environment.
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset, and a strong focus on developing customer insights that lead to business results (experience with business intelligence tools and/or SQL a plus).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including product, data science, marketing, engineering, and business teams.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and external partners.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives and outcomes.
  • Passionate about technology and committed to delivering world-class experiences for customers.

Status: Full-time
Location: San Francisco, CA, Brooklyn, NY or remote
Compensation: Includes annual salary between $170K - $250K depending on experience and location, company stock options and health benefits
