About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Growth to help lead and scale commercial growth at Trial Library. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to personally drive pipeline creation, strategic partnerships, and revenue generation.

This is not a traditional executive leadership role focused on managing large teams. Instead, we’re looking for a builder who will take a very hands-on approach — willing to dive in and roll up their sleeves, leverage existing relationships and develop relationships across provider, pharma, and payer ecosystems, and help shape the foundation of our go-to-market strategy.

The ideal candidate brings an established network across biopharma, providers, payers, and healthcare innovation ecosystems and can leverage those relationships to accelerate commercial growth and strategic partnerships.

You’ll work closely with leadership to refine our go-to-market approach and turn early traction into a repeatable commercial engine. This role is ideal for someone excited to operate as both strategist and executor in a mission-driven startup environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and execute Trial Library’s growth strategy across provider, sponsor, and payer stakeholders

  • Personally source, develop, and close strategic partnerships and commercial opportunities

  • Expand relationships across biopharma sponsors, provider organizations, health systems, and payer organizations

  • Develop and refine Trial Library’s go-to-market motion, positioning, and sales process

  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate market feedback into product and operational improvements

  • Build pipeline generation processes and help establish scalable commercial infrastructure

  • Represent Trial Library externally at conferences, industry events, and customer meetings

  • Help shape pricing, partnership structures, and go-to-market strategy as the company scales

  • Own the commercial strategy end-to-end from sourcing, nurturing, all the way to closing partnerships

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in healthcare, digital health, life sciences, or healthcare partnerships/growth roles

  • Proven ability to independently source and close strategic partnerships or enterprise deals

  • Existing network across biopharma, provider organizations, payers, sponsors, or healthcare innovation ecosystems

  • Experience operating in startup or high-growth environments

  • Comfortable operating as a hands-on individual contributor in a lean, early-stage environment

  • Strong commercial instincts paired with a willingness to execute tactically

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and build processes from scratch

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders

  • Experience working with oncology, clinical trials, patient navigation, or precision medicine

  • Familiarity with provider workflows and healthcare reimbursement dynamics

  • Experience selling into health systems, pharma, or payer organizations

  • Early-stage startup experience building GTM functions from 0→1

  • Passion for improving access and equity in cancer care

  • Meaningful impact — helping patients access clinical trials faster through better technology and workflows
