Head of Growth
As head of digital growth at Dr. B, you’ll be helping us develop customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (including paid search, social and email), build reporting and forecasting systems, and iterate towards growth milestones via data-informed hypotheses. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and data-oriented and capable of aligning with multiple team members across our product and marketing teams. This is a remote, full-time role at an emerging healthtech startup.
Role Description:
- Actively manage marketing channels against specific growth objectives
- Own a subset of channels that include SEM, paid social affiliate partnerships and marketing email campaigns
- In depth analyses of campaign performance in order to refine and identify new opportunities
- Build models to facilitate campaign management and forecast across channels, including A/B testing
- Run continual experiments to test and optimize new marketing channels, strategies and ad creative
- Manage relationships with partners, data providers and other vendors
- Work cross-functionally with product and sales to optimize the full customer funnel
Role Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in growth, marketing, analytics, ideally in tech
- Experience working across marketing channels, particularly paid search and social
- Experience working with relevant advertising and CMS software
- Highly analytical and data-driven
- Ability to empathize with our target customer and build campaigns around them
- Detail-oriented, well-organized
- Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing
