Head of Design

• Have 15+ years of relevant working experience

• Experience in design leadership roles, with a track record of shaping design strategy and leading design teams

• Experience aligning design initiatives with organizational goals and market trends

• Experience with user-centric design principles and a history of delivering exceptional user experiences

• Experience with innovation and creativity in design, with a knack for pushing boundaries and exploring emerging technologies

• Experience with global design considerations and the ability to design for diverse user bases

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
