About the Position:


Contrast is looking for a dynamic Head of Demand Generation.  This person will develop, plan, execute and measure integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified sales opportunities.  The candidate must be creative, analytical and hands-on with a strong bias to action, and have the ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, loosely structured, highly dynamic environment.  They will oversee teams and programs in NA, EMEA, and APJ.

Responsibilities:

  • Be a true and strategic partner of Sales and Sales Development and genuinely engage in an “allbound” effort that drives revenue growth
  • Partner with Product Marketing to assure market penetration of the Contrast platform and solutions
  • Develop high impact, demand generation programs across the sales cycle to generate new inquiries, qualify existing prospects, drive sales meetings and lead to high quality opportunities
  • Select, develop and deploy multiple marketing tactics as needed: web content, landing pages, emails, webinars, papers, videos, infographics, direct mail, display ads, and field campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage external vendors to build high quality campaign content
  • Engage with sales to define and train on their campaign responsibilities
  • Mange peer to peer reviews and social media and blog and coordinate with PR and AR
  • Create and manage campaign timeline; drive campaign execution and success
  • Use Hubspot to set up, modify and execute emails, registration pages and workflows
  • Use salesforce.com and Hubspot to measure and report on effectiveness of demand generation campaigns including leads generated, opportunities created, etc.
  • Monitor results and adjust campaign tactics quickly to optimize
  • All operations and analysis/reporting as well as CAC analysis

Qualifications:

  • Experience creating and running successful integrated marketing campaigns for different market segments (Enterprise, Mid Market, Cloud, Platforms), verticals and target audiences, e.g, security, finance, IT, C-level, etc.
  • Ability to optimize and analyze performance to revenue results
  • Strong hands-on experience, proficiency and enthusiasm for using marketing automation, analyzing and manipulating data, and building reports
  • Hubspot and SFDC
  • Strong project management skills, accustomed to working to a budget and within strict timelines
  • Self-starter with demonstrated capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Global marketing perspective and experience
  • Minimum of 8-10 years in Marketing

What We Offer


Salary and Other Compensation

This position's standard base pay range is $200,000 - $230,000 annually. This position is also eligible for an equity package subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider several factors: geography, skill set, experience, job scope, and current market data.
