About Us: 

Job Summary: 
The Head of Content will be responsible for all aspects of content strategy and development. They will oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of content that drives engagement, educates our audience, and supports our business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of mobile ad tech, content marketing, and audience engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and working with high-performing, lean teams, developing impactful content strategies, and delivering measurable results. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Content Strategy Development: 
  • Define and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives, brand voice, and target audience. 
  • Identify key content themes, topics, and formats that resonate with our audience and support customer acquisition, retention, and thought leadership. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, and Design) to ensure content aligns with product launches, campaigns, and business priorities. 
  1. Content Creation & Management: 
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across multiple channels, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, videos, webinars, and social media. 
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, user engagement, and conversion. 
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content that meets business needs. 
  • Familiarity with and experience in using AI platforms for content creation. 
  1. Team Leadership: 
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing content team, including writers, editors and external contributors. 
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. 
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and measure team performance against KPIs. 
  1. Audience Insights & Analytics: 
  • Leverage data and analytics to understand audience behaviour, content performance, and market trends. 
  • Use insights to refine content strategies, improve engagement, and drive measurable business outcomes. 
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities for differentiation. 
  1. Brand Voice & Messaging: 
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and tone across all content touchpoints. 
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all content reflects the company’s values and mission. 
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration: 
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align content with campaign objectives and lead generation goals. 
  • Partner with the Product team to create technical and educational content that highlights our solutions. 
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop content that supports the buyer’s journey and accelerates deal closures. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 
  • 10 -12 years of experience in content strategy, creation, and management, preferably in the ad tech, mobile tech or SaaS  
  • Proven experience leading and managing content teams, including remote teams and external agencies. 
  • Strong understanding of mobile ad tech, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends. 
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of impactful content. 
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) and AI platforms. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience working in a global or multi-regional organization. 
  • Knowledge of AI-driven content tools and automation platforms. 
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the ad tech industry.
