Head of BD / Head of Growth

Lagrange Labs

Remote

Lagrange Labs is hiring a Head of BD / Growth to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with partners who are excited to drive and operationalize Lagrange’s innovative technology. This role will report to the CEO and be integral to growing Lagrange’s pipelines of customers and partners that leverage its Prover Network and ZK Coprocessor products.

Lagrange (https://www.lagrange.dev/) is building a hyper-parallel ZK Coprocessor, which is capable of proving large scale distributed computation over onchain storage, receipt or transaction data with ease. Rather than facing the limitations of sequential-style computation, Lagrange’s coprocessor horizontally scales both through parallel computation and parallel proof generation.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be assisting with operating and scaling the Lagrange growth and BD machine. This role requires providing essential support for Lagrange projects from incubation to their mainnet launch and beyond.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first line of contact for Lagrange customers
  • Expanding ecosystem through prospecting and strategic outreach
  • Analyzing customer needs and providing high-touch, tailored solutions
  • Maintaining ongoing support for existing Lagrange customers, providing Product and Engineering teams with user feedback to strengthen and develop product roadmap
  • Documenting, tracking, and analyzing customer pipeline using the CRM tool (Hubspot) and business intelligence tools
Who You Are
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a business development and/or growth role within web3
  • A good understanding of blockchain technology, lifecycles and community dynamics
  • Hands-on experience working with customers and closing deals across common web3 channels (eg. Telegram, Twitter, Conferences, etc.)
  • Prior experience organizing and leading online and offline events is a plus
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working in a high-growth, constantly evolving environment
  • Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability and extreme ownership
Why Lagrange Labs?
  • Competitive salary + equity and token package
  • Team offsites and conference travel
  • Fully remote with flexible hours
  • Flexible vacation policy
  • Top-tier health, dental, and vision coverage for US employees
  • Opportunity to be an early member of a top-tier team working to develop groundbreaking solutions for the crypto industry
  • Respectful team culture with high individual ownership of your work
