Enable Internet businesses to sell across borders

We’re tackling a key challenge for all Internet businesses today: navigating the changing landscape of tax. In the last few years, software businesses have gone from not having to worry about sales tax, to needing to monitor their exposure, calculate local sales tax rates, and file returns in over 20 US states and many countries worldwide.

So much of our economy today and tomorrow exists online. The internet economy has grown 6x over the last 10 years and software development productivity is only positioned to accelerate. Companies should be able to transact with customers everywhere. Anrok is building the tools behind the scenes that make compliant digital commerce a reality for companies big and small.

Anrok connects with billing and payment systems to automate sales tax compliance end-to-end. We have raised over $50M from leading investors like Sequoia, Index, and Khosla Ventures.

We’re looking for a GTM Systems Manager who can empower our rapidly growing GTM team with best-in-class tools, systems and processes. You’ll administer and scale our GTM technology stack, designing workflows and automations that delight our customer-facing teams and enable them to do their best work. In a rapidly-evolving world of GTM tech, you’ll also stay informed of the most cutting-edge developments and proactively recommend if and how we should test them at Anrok.

Our GTM Systems Manager will be a critical, valued cross-functional partner to Sales, Marketing, Activation, Operations and Partnerships leaders. As the first dedicated GTM Systems hire, you'll have the opportunity to shape our fundamental tech stack and processes.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and administer our core GTM technology stack (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Chili Piper)

  • Partner with GTM leadership to uncover opportunities for enhancing sales efficiency through tooling and technology

  • Design and implement improvements to critical sales workflows (such as customer handoffs between teams)

  • Own certain elements of our quote-to-cash process, including bringing automation to pricing and discounting approvals

  • Ensure data quality and security across GTM tools and systems as we scale

  • Evaluate and implement new GTM technologies

What excites us:

  • 4+ years of SaaS Revenue and/or Sales Operations experience with a focus on GTM systems and tooling

  • Strong foundation in modern GTM software, particularly Salesforce (Salesforce Admin Certified preferred)

  • Track record of transforming inefficient sales processes into elegant and efficient workflows

  • Experience managing end-to-end system implementations from defining requirements to launching improvements

  • Ability to triage feedback from sales and GTM teams and prioritize the most impactful work

  • Enthusiasm for automating manual tasks. Bonus points for experience with using AI to drive automation and/or a point of view on how AI can transform sales processes

What we offer:

  • The equity upside of an early-stage startup with the product-market fit of a later-stage company.

  • Daily lunch and snacks for those working out of our San Francisco office.

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance covered 100%.

  • One Medical membership covered, flexible sick benefits, and more.

  • Annual learning and development stipend for books, online courses, and conferences, as well as a curious team to share your learnings with.

  • Annual team offsite and in-person opportunities around our growing Anrok hubs.

  • Home office setup stipend to ensure you have the equipment you need to thrive at work.

This is a hybrid role based in Salt Lake City or San Francisco with an expectation to be in the office three days a week for in-person collaboration.
