About the Role:
Decagon is looking to hire a GTM Recruiter, responsible for scaling our GTM teams (Account Executives, Sales Development, Sales Enablement, etc.). In this role, you will partner closely with GTM leadership and own the candidate funnel end-to-end, building a best in class organization.
You may be a good fit if you:

Have 3+ years of experience hiring for GTM roles in a talent dense organization

Have operated in a FLC role where responsibilities have ranged from building top of funnel, screening and closing candidates

Understand how to partner with head of functions and Founders alike, influencing both searches and interview processes to arrive at the best hiring outcomes for the company
Even better if you:

Have deep knowledge on the GTM talent market and an expansive network within it

Understand how to use data to proactively unblock hiring efforts

Have experience building teams in an AI or SaaS company
