What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

ChargePoint seeks a Growth Marketing Specialist with a successful track record in managing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive demand, pipeline and ultimately higher conversions to win new business. Your expertise includes audience segmentation and executing campaign tactics with acute efficiency and scale. You enjoy diving into campaign data to decipher optimization opportunities and improve campaign outcomes and results. You have a speed bias and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns: Create, manage and monitor full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive demand, high conversions and quality pipeline.
  • Master marketing tactics: Using email, webinars, web chat, search and social to develop relevant buyer journeys that meet them where they are and how they want to consume information.
  • Align stakeholders: Partner across sales, marketing and operations to drive alignment on messaging, content and marketing motions while ensuring process alignment, pipeline growth and overall efficiency.
  • Leverage data and analytics: Proactively review and share regular campaign insights and performance metrics to refine and optimize campaign strategies.
  • Optimize Performance: Continuously improve campaign performance, conversion rate and ROI across multiple marketing channels.
  • Drive process improvements: Work closely with the marketing operations team to automate and scale campaigns, helping to refine processes to enable the seamless delivery of integrated marketing activities across internal and external channels and partners.
  • Test and experiment: Run experiments like A/B, geo-x and pre/posts testing to exceed critical metrics and improve results

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-5 years of B2B digital marketing experience
  • Experience with core digital marketing channels and campaign development
  • Highly analytical, data-driven and goal-oriented
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to effectively engage with multiple stakeholders and quickly build relationships to accomplish business objectives
  • Open-minded, curious and a strong problem-solver; adapts well to change

Location

Remote – United States

ChargePoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The targeted US salary range for roles at this operating level is $45,000 to $95,000. This range represents base salary and does not reflect equity, benefits or variable pay where applicable. Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
