Vision
We're creating the shift to voice as humanity's default interface. Why voice? Because voice captures the nuance, the emotion, and the humanity of interactions in ways text alone can't: voice makes technology human again.
Mission
We're building the platform for the future of voice technology. Our market edge is extensible, reliable infrastructure designed for the full complexity of voice interactions. 18 months, 150k developers, adding 1000 every day. Give it a try here
The Role
We are looking for a Growth Engineer to boost our platform’s adoption. You’ll use engineering skills and a growth focus to create strategies and set up systems for user acquisition, engagement, and retention in our developer community. Working with product, engineering, and marketing, you’ll build tools and optimize systems for scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Growth Systems Development: Build and maintain tools, integrations, and automations (e.g., onboarding flows, API wrappers, analytics pipelines) to streamline user acquisition and improve the developer experience.
-
Experimentation & Optimization: Design and execute growth experiments (e.g., A/B tests, referral programs, viral loops) to identify high-impact opportunities for increasing sign-ups, activations, and platform usage.
-
Channel Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain attribution models to accurately measure sign-up sources, and assess channel effectiveness, on data-driven insight across various acquisition channels (e.g., paid ads, website pages, SEO).
-
Funnel Performance: Ship technical optimizations and refactors to reduce drop-off at key funnel points (e.g., signup to activation) and improve acquisition and retention metrics. Independently deliver funnel optimization features such as automated user segmentation for personalized onboarding.
-
First 30 Day Expectation: Research and present sources of growth; ship a significant experiment optimization; present key insights and learnings from experiments, etc.
What We’re Looking For:
-
2+ years of experience in software engineering, growth engineering, or a related technical role, with a proven track record of building systems that drive user growth or engagement.
-
Strong programming skills in languages like Python, TypeScript, or SQL, with hands-on experience building and automating growth experiments (e.g., onboarding flows, analytics pipelines).
-
Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like SQL, PostHog, or similar for tracking and interpreting growth data.
-
Creative problem-solver who can identify unconventional growth opportunities and turn them into actionable, technical solutions.
-
Familiarity with developer tools, workflows, or ecosystems, and an understanding of what drives developer adoption.
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with a bias toward action and experimentation.
-
Bonus: Experience with voice technologies, AI/ML platforms, or scaling B2D (business-to-developer) products.
Why Join Us?
-
Be a key player in a fast-growing startup with top 1% growth.
-
Shape the future of voice technology and empower a global developer community.
-
Work with a passionate, mission-driven team backed by top-tier investors.
-
Competitive salary and benefits package.
