Mission :In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to own critical projects end-to-end, from designing user-friendly website flows to implementing backend systems that support business growth. As part of a small, fast-moving team, you’ll make a tangible impact on our website’s performance and the customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
Growth Marketing

Run and optimize paid ads, SEO, and email campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

Perform A/B testing on user flows and landing pages to optimize the user experience.

Track and report key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Marketing Ops

Manage the marketing tech stack (CRM, automation tools) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Ensure clean data flow and campaign attribution to accurately measure results.

Set up workflows for lead scoring and routing to qualify leads and assign them to the right sales reps.
Front-End Development

Build and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.

Implement tracking pixels, event tags, and analytics scripts to track user behavior.

Collaborate with designers to translate mockups into code.
What You’ll Bring:

3+ years of full-stack development experience.

Proficiency in React and TypeScript(including hooks and modern patterns).

Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, and web architecture.

Integration Expertise: Experience syncing data with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot. Skilled in implementing analytics tools like Mixpanel or Segment.

Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with a focus on independent and collaborative execution.
