About Resolve AI

  • At Resolve, we’re building Agentic AI that empowers software engineers by automating production engineering and SRE workflows. Our models deeply understand production systems —from code to databases—taking on repetitive, high-pressure tasks and handling critical incidents autonomously, so engineers can focus on building.

  • Our founders (Spiros Xanthos and Mayank Agarwal) are the core creators of OpenTelemetry and led Splunk Observability. They have 2 successful exits to Splunk and VMware.

  • We raised a $35M Seed round from top-tier investors like Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Jeff Dean (Chief Scientist, Google DeepMind), Thomas Dohmke (CEO, GitHub), Matt Garman (CEO, AWS), Reid Hoffman (Founder, LinkedIn) and Fei Fei Li (Professor, Stanford).

Mission :In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to own critical projects end-to-end, from designing user-friendly website flows to implementing backend systems that support business growth. As part of a small, fast-moving team, you’ll make a tangible impact on our website’s performance and the customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

Growth Marketing

  • Run and optimize paid ads, SEO, and email campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

  • Perform A/B testing on user flows and landing pages to optimize the user experience.

  • Track and report key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Marketing Ops

  • Manage the marketing tech stack (CRM, automation tools) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Ensure clean data flow and campaign attribution to accurately measure results.

  • Set up workflows for lead scoring and routing to qualify leads and assign them to the right sales reps.

Front-End Development

  • Build and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.

  • Implement tracking pixels, event tags, and analytics scripts to track user behavior.

  • Collaborate with designers to translate mockups into code.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of full-stack development experience.

  • Proficiency in React and TypeScript(including hooks and modern patterns).

  • Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, and web architecture.

  • Integration Expertise: Experience syncing data with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot. Skilled in implementing analytics tools like Mixpanel or Segment.

  • Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with a focus on independent and collaborative execution.

Why Join Us:

  • Impact: Your work will directly shape our product and customer experience.

  • Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for features and systems in a collaborative, high-trust environment.

  • Cutting-Edge Work: Build with the latest tools and technologies while solving complex, meaningful problems.

  • Team: Collaborate with passionate, driven teammates who care about building something extraordinary, with opportunities to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities.

  • Competitive Benefits: Competitive Pay Packages including full benefits, in office lunches, and events
