What We Look for in a Candidate

  • Experience in Consumer-Facing Products: You have a solid track record building and enhancing B2C products, especially applications focused on user experience and interface, such as those by Coinbase, Cash App, or Venmo.

  • Passion for Fintech and Crypto: You’re deeply interested in financial technology, with hands-on experience in the fintech or crypto space.

  • Mobile Experience is a Plus: Experience with mobile-first product development is highly desirable.

Role Overview: Group Product Manager (Consumer Focus)

As the Group Product Manager for our consumer-facing trading application, you’ll drive the strategy and roadmap of our core mobile trading app, providing a best-in-class user experience. This role involves managing a team of four Product Managers and collaborating across functions to enhance user interaction and engagement. A consumer-focused approach is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 4 Product Managers, fostering growth and ensuring delivery on high-impact, consumer-focused product initiatives.

  • Own the end-to-end strategy for our consumer-facing crypto trading app, from vision to execution.

  • Drive the continuous improvement of our mobile trading platform, enhancing user interface and experience to remain competitive.

  • Collaborate across product areas, regions, and functions to solve complex user experience challenges.

  • Define and manage key performance metrics, focusing on both qualitative and quantitative insights.

  • Develop and advocate for a multi-year product vision, aligning with consumer trends and user needs.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management, with at least 2+ years managing other Product Managers.

  • Proven ability to develop high-performing teams within consumer-facing product environments.

  • Background in fintech or crypto product development, with a strong preference for B2C experience.

  • Experience prioritizing stakeholder objectives to deliver on key product initiatives.

  • Ability to bridge fintech or crypto concepts for a consumer audience, driving innovative solutions in mobile and web applications.

  • Proven success in delivering high-quality, user-centric products within dynamic environments.

Preferred Background & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in mobile product development.

  • Background in consumer-focused fintech or crypto trading applications.

  • Passionate about building user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of a diverse user base.

Compensation

United States: $636k - 678k total compensation (this includes RSU's that vest quarterly. performance bonuses can increase the total comp further. see the loom for more info). Compensation depends on leveling and location.
