About the Role: 

As the GTM Strategy & Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our marketing strategies and campaigns. Reporting to the Director of GTM Strategy & Operations and working directly with HoneyBook’s CMO, as well as closely with other cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our GTM strategy and operations resonate with our market and members, are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with our overall business objectives.

Here are a few of the things you will work on:

Strategic Planning and Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies based on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities
  • Partner with functional leaders to set clear objectives and KPIs for marketing campaigns

Campaign Management:

  • Support the development of marketing plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Oversee the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns and partnerships across multiple channels

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
  • Create reports and presentations for the CMO, including retrospectives and QBRs with team leaders

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Effectively communicate with and manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders across different teams and time zones
  • Develop templates and processes to enhance GTM operating efficiency and effectiveness
  • Drive effective communication of plans and results including weekly and monthly reviews, and quarterly investor presentations

  • Analytical and Data-Driven: Proven ability to gather and analyze marketing data, generating actionable insights that drive strategy
  • Problem Structuring: Demonstrated experience in structuring plans to address complex and ambiguous business challenges
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across global time zones
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a track record of implementing processes that improve efficiency
  • Ownership and Accountability: Proactive approach to project management, taking full responsibility for ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and meet targets
  • First Principles Thinking: Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to tackle unfamiliar challenges by applying first principles reasoning

    • Base pay: $132,000 - 160,000, depending on skills and experience + Equity
