The Role
The Global Revenue Partnerships team is responsible for the success of the Afterpay Gift Cards program and its contribution as a key revenue driver to the business. As Revenue Partnerships Manager for Afterpay Gift Cards, you will work closely with the Head of Revenue Partnerships and other Partner Managers to manage and grow our gift cards business with our strategic partners. You'll execute strategies to meet and exceed our ambitious goals for growth and partner directly with cross-functional team members (Product, Ops, Finance, Data Science, Marketing, Sales) to accomplish this. You'll be responsible for understanding all facets of your business in order to manage it effectively, contributing to a massive impact on our overall business.

You will have a mastery of any business and partnership you manage, consistently optimizing solutions to drive growth. You will collaborate extensively with other key disciplines and always make decisions with an eye towards Afterpay's business as a whole.
You Will
- Build and maintain strong day to day relationships with our gift cards partners, understanding key stakeholders and ensuring teams are aligned on goals and delivering solutions that drive partnership success.
- Be the catalyst for daily Gift Cards operations, collaborating with Shop Ops, Data Science, Product/Engineering teams to ensure smooth operations and minimal risk to performance.
- Identify and support improving processes and workflows to optimize business performance and operations.
- Track and measure program performance against KPIs and revenue goals. Proactively communicate performance insights, recommendations, and risks to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the "quarterback" with Afterpay Marketing and external partner teams to ideate and execute marketing plans to support Gift Cards program objectives.
- Support Head of Revenue Partnerships in delivering weekly and monthly business updates to leadership.
- Creatively problem-solve and drive cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing with internal sales teams to drive the overall Afterpay business forward and knowledge gather to ensure gift cards success.
You Have
- 3-5 years in partner/client-facing, revenue-driving roles, where you have been responsible for managing high-growth relationships and performance.
- Experience working with eCommerce Apps and Gift Cards a plus.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs with a track record of driving solutions in order to exceed partnership goals.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders in both a remote and hybrid setting.
- Strong cross-functional work experience and ability to drive collaboration with both internal and external teams to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- Proven ability to track, analyze, and leverage data to build insights and recommendations, ensuring programs deliver against business goals.
