This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and collaborative designer to make their mark on the blockchain gaming space while learning from some of the best in the industry.

  • Balance fun and challenge in game features, ensuring high player engagement and retention.
  • Facilitate playtests and analyze player behavior to identify areas for improvement in both gameplay and the in-game economy, iterating on designs based on insights.
  • Explore creative ways to integrate blockchain technology into gameplay.
  • Assist in developing live events and feature updates that keep players excited and engaged.

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in game design, preferably with casual or mobile games.
  • Strong understanding of core gameplay mechanics and system design.
  • Passion for creating fun and engaging player experiences.
  • Knowledge of blockchain or a strong curiosity to learn about its potential in gaming.
  • Proficient in tools like Figma, Miro, or other design and documentation tools.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A love for CryptoKitties and an interest in shaping its future!
