About the job:

They are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to build their exciting Saas product. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Tech stack:

Backend: TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, tRPC

Infrastructure: PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Docker

Third-party Integrations: Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, Outreach, Apollo, Slack

Experience with TypeScript

Experience with Node.js

Experience with React

Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis

Qualifications:
10+ years of professional software development experience Experience with React or other modern frontend frameworks

Experience with owning challenging full stack features

Experience with working in a backend-heavy full stack environment

Experience with building, scaling, and maintaining backend services for performance, cost-efficiency, and fault tolerance

Experience scaling out infrastructure to handle growing data loads and user traffic efficiently

Experience working with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pulsar) and high-throughput databases (Cassandra, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL)

Experience with creating a microservice-oriented serverless architecture

Experience enhancing observability with distributed tracing, logging, and monitoring (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, DataDog)

Experience ensure system reliability through failover strategies, graceful degradation, and circuit breakers

Experience with working alongside product managers and designers to drive solutions

Excellent communication skills in English

Humility and self-awareness

Bonus Experience with working in venture-backed startups Experience with balancing code quality with fast production iterations

Compensation:

$100,000-130,000 USD

Unlimited PTO

Quarterly Global Offsites (Brazil, Israel, US, Mexico, Greece, etc.)
