No coding experience is required. Just design, publish, measure and monetize.

What you’ll do
- Serve as a technical leader on our most demanding, cross-functional projects.
- Invent fundamentally new technologies in the immersive space
- Functionally decompose complex problems into simple, straight-forward solutions.
- Fully and completely understand system inter-dependencies and limitations.
- Possess expert knowledge in performance, scalability, enterprise system architecture, and engineering best practices.
- Assist in the career development of others, actively mentoring individuals and the community on advanced technical issues and helping managers guide the career growth of their team members
- Exert technical influence over multiple teams, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing your deep knowledge and experience. You are a visionary leader, builder and an operator.
- Balance technical leadership and savvy with strong business judgment to make the right decisions about technology choices.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- Knowledge of functional design, data structures, and algorithms
- Full software product life cycle of at least one major SaaS and/or experience shipping 1 or more AAA games and multiplayer
- Well versed and familiar with the following:
- 3D game engines like Unity, Unreal or Godot
- Typescript
- WebXR
- WebGL and WebGPU
- WebRTC Live Voice & Video Apps
- WASM
- React
- AWS / GCP
- Containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, SQL)
Salary Range
$187,235—$234,711 USD
Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
