About the right team member

As a Franchisee Sales Specialist on the Strategic Accounts team, you will drive growth among the highest value businesses, across all ClassPass verticals (fitness, salon/spa, food & beverage, and experiences). This role will be responsible for engaging one to one with franchise owners of major national brands that collaborate with ClassPass and leveraging your exceptional outbounding and relationship management skills to influence key decision-makers on the value of ClassPass.            

About the role

  • Manage a pipeline of franchisees for our highest value national brand partners that require proactive sales efforts, including significant objection handling, in order to establish a partnership with ClassPass.
  • Consistently progress accounts through establishing and driving next steps with your contacts and generating urgency to accelerate deals to close.
  • Create and cultivate productive relationships with franchisees. You’ll excel at this by getting to know what motivates them, anticipating their concerns and needs, and leveraging content, storytelling, and metrics to build strong trust with each decision maker.
  • Clearly communicate ClassPass’ value proposition to and gracefully and confidently handle objections.
  • Host webinars, leverage social media, gifting, and other engagement strategies to stay top of mind with, and to nurture, holdout prospects.
  • Leverage Salesforce, Tableau and other analytics tools to pull reports, interpret data and use it properly throughout sales
  • Maintain excellent data hygiene in salesforce.                                           
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders by communicating deal updates and recommendations concisely and with a strong POV.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs to Onboarding and Account Management teams

Collaborate closely with the HQ Strategic Account Manager, as well as conduct your own diligence to maintain accurate accounts lists of qualified franchisee prospects associated with each HQ ClassPass partner.             

Skills & experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of outbound sales experience with a record of exceeding expectations on performance, attitude, and organization.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset that can proactively identify both problems and solutions with little guidance.
  • Outstanding communication skills (oral, written, deck customization, virtual and in-person presentations)
  • Experience selling with strong product knowledge and business acumen
  • Highly organized individual who can prioritize, organize work independently and hit key deadlines
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and high attention to detail with an ability to pull reports, analyze data and synthesize it into digestible statements for internal and external audiences.
  • Excellent track record of working cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders and a bias for proactive internal communication.
  • Commitment to and demonstrated track record of selling with integrity and acting as an owner of the company
  • Demonstrated strong negotiation skills and executive presence.


Pay Transparency

It is Mindbody’s intent to pay all Team Members competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair and equitable. The goal of Mindbody’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The base salary for this position in the United States ranges between $64,800 and $77,800. The total compensation package for this position may also include uncapped commissions, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
