About the Role
You'll work directly with our CEO, Jeff Chen, who is a third-time founder, Y Combinator and Google alum, with successful exits to Google and Zynga. This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the nexus of technology and business strategy, providing you with unparalleled insights and experience in the startup ecosystem.
You Will
• Serve as a strategic advisor and right hand to CEO Jeff Chen, participating directly in decision-making at the highest level.
• Drive key strategic initiatives from inception to execution, working across all departments to ensure alignment and success.
• Focus on critical areas such as recruiting, sales strategy, customer success, product, engineering, and public relations.
• Manage and optimize internal operations to boost efficiency and effectiveness, setting new benchmarks for performance.
• Have unfettered access to internal communications, investors, and external liaisons, giving you a comprehensive view of the business landscape.
• Represent the CEO and the founding team in critical negotiations and meetings, enhancing our business relationships and operational directives.
We’re Looking For
Must Haves:
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience at top-tier consulting firms or banking firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Goldman Sachs, or from the Google APM program.
• Demonstrated top 10% performance in your graduating class at a prestigious college.
• Exceptional learning agility, capable of quickly understanding complex issues and adapting to new challenges.
• A strong desire to be part of a startup’s founding team, with a keen interest in eventually founding your own.
Great to Haves:
• Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced technology company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with stellar interpersonal and communication capabilities.
