Floating Administrative Business Partner

What You'll Be Doing

As a Floating Administrative Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic and tactical partner to a rotation of leaders covering for upcoming parental leaves. This role requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to seamlessly integrate into various teams, ensuring continuity and efficiency in leadership support.

• Act as a trusted business partner, quickly adapting to the needs of different leaders and teams.
• Support leaders with daily administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflows.
• Manage internal projects and initiatives, following up to ensure completion and acting as a liaison between leadership and their teams.
• Schedule and attend meetings, capturing clear notes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, transportation, and documentation.
• Aggregate and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
• Collaborate closely with other administrative professionals to maintain alignment and efficiency across leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in G-Suite, particularly Google Calendar and Gmail.
• 3+ year(s) of administrative support experience, particularly supporting VP+ level roles.
• Experience with Asana or Notion (or similar project management tools).

The US base salary for this temporary full-time position is $132,000/year and will be prorated based on the amount of time served. This position is anticipated to go no later than October 31, 2025, subject to business needs, and is an at-will role.
