This Executive Assistant role is supporting our Chief Business Officer and is located in our New York City office.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with C-level executives to handle administrative work for them and at a project management level with their leadership teams

  • Manages all aspects of the Org Leader's schedule, including extensive travel arrangements and strategic prioritization of scheduling.

  • May collaborate on defining executive assistant standards of excellence, career paths, goals, and collaboration mechanisms for the EA team

  • Exercise exemplary judgment to determine and uphold the appropriate standards of excellence for all Executive Assistants.

  • Identify ways executives can use their time better, and things you can take off their plate

  • Provide a white glove experience while conducting complex travel planning and planning polished events for executives’ teams and guests

  • Manages relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, senior executives, and external partners.

  • Directly manages special complex projects and initiatives, ensuring successful execution in alignment with the executive's vision.

  • Efficiently manage and prioritize executive's inbox, ensuring timely responses, categorizing emails based on urgency and importance, and flagging critical communications for immediate attention.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Keen ability to assess the competencies and skill sets of their peers within the EA function

  • Exceptional ability to build trusting, strategic relationships with executive leadership

  • Outstanding ability to execute reliably and prioritize time and tasks

  • Resilience to navigate competing priorities and constant change

  • Proficiency in G-suite, Slack, Zoom, and Mac

  • Exhibits advanced problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle challenging situations, including high stress situations and unexpected changes.

  • Navigates complex stakeholder relationships with diplomacy and tact.

  • Incredibly proactive and able to work efficiently with little direction.

  • Advanced knowledge of Google enterprise products (Gmail, Calendar, Docs).

  • Utilizes advanced project management techniques to lead complex projects.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 8+ years of experience as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting VP+ leaders

  • Experience in a tech or fast-paced environment

Compensation

In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.

Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):

The base salary range for this position is $130,000-$196,000 annually.


 

Zone B:

The base salary range for this position is $124,000-$186,000 annually.

Zone C:

The base salary range for this position is $111,000-$167,000 annually.

This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
