We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our CEO and executive leadership. In this role, you’ll work closely with the executive team, managing a range of administrative and operational tasks to help keep operations running smoothly. While you'll primarily support the executive team, this role will be based within our People team. **This role is fully remote within the US**

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and executive team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expenses, and document preparation
  • Assist in managing the CEO’s inbox by reviewing emails, flagging urgent messages, and prioritizing responses
  • Ensure timely, clear, and efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as needed, particularly those related to company culture, employee engagement and planning support for team offsites
  • Drive leadership meetings by coordinating the agenda, taking notes, and moving relevant action items forward
  • Help organize in-person offsites, including working with external venues and internal team members

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in high-level executive support and operational excellence, preferably in a technology company
  • Proven ability to manage and execute multiple projects effectively
  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset to anticipate challenges and propose solutions
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to proactively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency with G Suite (GMail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets) and Slack to streamline communication and manage tasks efficiently

Compensation

$105-130k base + equity incentives
