This role reports into the Chief Marketing Officer & Head of Market Expansion and based in our San Mateo, CA headquarters.

You Will:

  • Support multiple executives on the Marketing team
  • Manage complex calendars and serve as gatekeeper, exploring opportunities to help leverage your executives' time by identifying areas of impact
  • Complete expense reports, participate in budget planning, and tracking as needed
  • Coordinate and arrange international and domestic travel
  • Regularly balance and prioritize initiatives, drive completion of key deliverables, follow up on outstanding items
  • Plan and execute team meetings and team/executive off-site events
  • Optimally handle inquiries and complete requests in a timely manner
  • Work cross-functionally to support company-wide projects and goals
  • Creatively begin and drive projects with limited information and resources
  • Establish relationships across the company as a reliable representative for the Marketing team

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years experience in an executive support role with at least two years experience supporting VP levels (or VP-equivalent titles) and above
  • Experience supporting C-Level executives as a strategic partner utilizing project management skills is helpful
  • Close attention to detail, driven and able to begin projects with limited information
  • A positive, open-minded, and agile approach to supporting a growing organization
  • Confidence to run with the role autonomously.
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives

You Are:

  • Adept in calendaring, communication and document management tools (i.e., Google Suite, Slack or other similar tools)
  • Professional and collected in fast paced situations while meeting deadlines
  • Conscientious, credible and can safeguard sensitive information
  • Adept using communication tools to manage projects against deadlines
  • Discrete when handling confidential information
  • Team-focused and willing to assist team members when needed

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.

Annual Salary Range

$167,920$214,000 USD

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).

Hybrid Workspace

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.

We are requiring employees to be in the office three days a week – with core days being Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On Mondays and Fridays, employees may choose to work remotely, although the office will still be open.
