We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to focus on our Improveit360 CRM Solution within EverPro.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our sales team. This individual will focus on acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling complex SaaS solutions to large organizations, leveraging strategic thinking and exceptional interpersonal skills to drive revenue and achieve company objectives. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and close high-value enterprise opportunities, ensuring alignment with revenue goals. 
  • Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, to understand their business challenges and goals. 
  • Value Selling: Tailor SaaS solutions to meet the unique needs of enterprise customers, effectively communicating value propositions and ROI. 
  • Pipeline Development: Create and manage sales opportunities through lead generation and outbound prospecting utilizing the CRM and other tools to track and report progress. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction. 
  • Negotiation & Contracting: Lead negotiations for pricing, terms, and conditions, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. 
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to better serve customers and provide strategic recommendations. 
  • Quota Attainment: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs. 

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role: 

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise sales cycles, home remodeling or field services, and procurement processes. 
  • Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization. 
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions, working closely with technical teams when needed. 
  • Tools: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, etc.). 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • Other Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities. 

Where: Remote, US with some travel to annual sales training events 
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The On-Target Earning (OTE) range for this position is $150,000-$175,000 annually depending on experience.  Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
