  • Collaborate with events managers to maintain detailed event budgets
  • Engage with the finance team to forecast quarterly payments and track event revenue
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all payments, ensuring that all financial obligations are met on time and that the events team is aware of financial status at all times.
  • Review vendor contracts to ensure compliance with financial policies and payment terms.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding payment terms, invoicing discrepancies, and financial inquiries to maintain strong, professional relationships.
  • Assist in post-event budget summaries to evaluate spending against the original budget
  • Assist in other project management activities as needed

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in event budgeting or finance, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, vendor payments, and budget forecasting.
  • Proficiency in financial software (Coupa, Allocadia) and event management platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with events, finance, and procurement teams.

Bonus Points:

  • High energy, can-do personality and ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
