Job Description

Role: Application Support Engineer 

Location: Remote

 

Position Overview

We are seeking an L2 Support Engineer to provide technical support for integrations, data changes, and troubleshooting between HCSS, Dynamics Solomon, OMS (Penta), and ACS (Payroll) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience in integration support, and expertise in handling data flows between enterprise applications.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 (L2) support for integrations between HCSS, Dynamics Solomon, OMS (Penta), and ACS (Payroll).
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and synchronization issues.
  • Perform data validation, transformation, and correction as needed.
  • Work closely with L1 support, developers, and business teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Document processes, integration workflows, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Assist in testing and deploying integration fixes and enhancements.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with business rules across systems.
  • Handle incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive measures.

 

Soft Skills

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
✔ Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
✔ Incident and problem management experience (ITIL knowledge is a plus).

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in L2/L3 support, integration support, or middleware administration.
  • Knowledge of ERP integration best practices.
  • ITIL certification or familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) processes.

 

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Certifications in integration tools, SQL, or ERP systems are a plus.
