Job Description
Our Equity Research team is fast-paced, demanding and intellectually stimulating!
As an Analyst/Associate within the Equity Research team, you'll primary take responsibilities for industry analysis and company-specific coverage within the sector, with the opportunity to take on lead coverage of a subset of names over time. Work involves performing core research, ranging from dissecting earnings releases and regulatory filings to assessing relevant news events, modelling financial statements and industry dynamics, writing company notes and sector pieces; and speaking to internal/external clients and management teams about the stocks/sectors.
Job responsibilities

  • Monitor Industry structure analysis of the sector in charge
  • Perform financial/fundamental analysis of covered companies
  • Prepare earnings forecasts based on fundamental analysis and issuance of institutional investor reports
  • Present to institutional investors
  • Coach and train junior analysts as a mentor


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 1+ years' experience of equity research / investment banking division experience
  • Certified Management Accountant (CMA) 1 st / 2 nd degree
  • Insights that can withstand regular discussions with corporate management


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Capabilities to have dialogue with corporate management based on fundamentals analysis
