Description

We’re seeking a dynamic Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join monday.com. In our fast-paced and innovative environment, we value individuals who thrive on challenges, are eager to learn, and want to make a meaningful impact. The Enterprise SDR will be a product expert responsible for engaging outbound prospects and leveraging existing accounts to generate valuable pipeline for our Enterprise Account Executive team.

The ideal candidate will have strong social intelligence, excellent relationship-building skills, strong technical aptitude, and a natural inclination for sales. We're looking for a go-getter—someone creatively minded who excels at thinking outside the box to uncover new sales opportunities. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence within accounts and identifying new opportunities, contributing significantly to the growth of our Enterprise segment.



About The Role

  • Engage potential clients through targeted outreach via phone, email, and social channels
  • Analyze clients’ pain points and needs to tailor your approach and sell with value
  • Build relationships across various departments within client organizations to deepen engagement and uncover additional use cases for monday.com
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise team to identify and expand opportunities within existing accounts, increasing overall account value
  • Lead initiatives to optimize outreach strategies and accelerate the account expansion cycle
  • Stay updated on the SaaS landscape to effectively communicate the value of our platform to prospects
  • Achieve monthly quotas of sourced sales-qualified opportunities and pipeline ARR
  • Learn the ins and outs of monday.com and gain exposure to our enterprise sales cycle in preparation for career progression into an Account Executive/Account Manager role



Requirements

  • 6+ months in a Sales or Business Development Representative role and/or 6+ months in sales
  • SaaS experience - Advantage
  • Enterprise Experience - Advantage
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter, goal-orientated, and customer-centric

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $70,000 - $85,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations

Please note that this role is on a hybrid model.
