  • Evaluate and prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and resource availability, delivering solutions that support scalable growth.
  • Enhance prospect outreach through automation, concentrating on lead generation, prospecting CRM account and contact management, territory management, and sales quota planning.

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (~10 years) in the GTM domain, specifically with Salesforce CRM and Sales & Service Cloud, developing multi-year visions and product roadmaps in consulting or high-growth tech environments.

  • Strong understanding of business drivers, enabling you to align needs with processes, design functional solutions, and drive continuous improvement. Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to create and present functional designs, conduct data analysis to gather feedback, and refine solutions. Skilled in interacting with diverse technical teams and business leaders, including partners from RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Data Integration, Business Intelligence, and Engineering teams.
  • Experience in technology vendor evaluation, management, and guiding build vs. buy decisions.
  • Talent for developing compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing product launches, including field enablement strategies and campaigns.
