As a Product Manager on the Billing and Payments team at RxSense, you will be working directly with stakeholders, SMEs, and  Product & Engineering leadership to define and refine requirements for projects and operational work. You will own the product roadmap and will be responsible for authoring product stories and tasks in conjunction with the development team, participating in daily standup calls, and supervising the product throughout the software development lifecycle.
 
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will
Become deeply familiar with the complexities of the PBM billing, payments, and financial processes.
distill the details of this subject matter in ways that can be easily digested by both technical and non-technical stakeholders involved
 
Expectations:

This role will work alongside Product Managers to prioritize work and build out quarterly roadmaps that aim to drive financial products toward their future vision.
The role will regularly interact with “upstream” product areas providing for a thorough understanding of the entire RxSense Enterprise product offering.
Manage the product backlog and prioritize product development based on business needs and goals.
Develop detailed feature specifications and ensure they’re clearly understood by technical and non-technical teams.
An insatiable curiosity for understanding how things work at their most elemental level is required.

Desired Skills & Experience:

3+ years working in or around agile teams, FPA teams, functions, etc.
3+ years working at a PBM or Healthcare company in data, business intelligence, billing, payments, or invoicing.  
Experience with JIRA is a plus - structuring roadmaps, creating visuals for sprints across time, and prioritizing opportunities.
Proven ability to self-manage, make data-driven decisions, and work both autonomously and collaboratively.
Strong written and oral communication skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams.
A general understanding of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM), or associated systems is a plus.


Salary Range 120,000 - 140,000
