About Blockhouse

Blockhouse is redefining trade execution through cutting-edge quantitative research and execution algorithms. Our success stems from a data-driven approach to optimizing execution, blending sophisticated market microstructure modeling, smart order routing (SOR), and transaction cost analysis (TCA) to improve trade performance across equities, fixed income (rates), and crypto markets.

We are seeking an Enterprise Marketing Lead to develop and execute our institutional go-to-market strategy, create high-quality marketing materials, and drive client engagement. This role is critical in shaping how Blockhouse positions itself in the execution and trading technology space, ensuring that hedge funds, asset managers, and trading firms understand the value of our execution solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for our execution analytics and smart order routing technology.

  • Create institutional-grade marketing materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers) to support client outreach.

  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to translate execution research and analytics into compelling client messaging.

  • Manage content strategy, including thought leadership pieces, LinkedIn posts, and website materials tailored to institutional investors.

  • Own and execute email campaigns, industry events, and conference participation to build brand presence.

  • Drive demand generation and inbound client interest through data-driven marketing strategies tailored to hedge funds, asset managers, and sell-side firms.

  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve client engagement and conversion.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing for financial technology, trading platforms, or institutional finance.

  • Strong understanding of execution trading, algorithmic trading, and institutional trading workflows.

  • Experience creating B2B marketing materials for hedge funds, prop trading firms, or sell-side institutions.

  • Ability to translate complex execution research and financial analytics into digestible, compelling messaging.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience in content creation, campaign management, and sales enablement.

  • Prior experience working at a fintech firm, trading technology provider, or financial institution is highly preferred.

Why Join Us?

  • Own the marketing strategy for a cutting-edge execution technology firm transforming institutional trading.

  • Work closely with quant researchers, engineers, and sales teams to drive industry awareness and adoption.

  • High-impact role where your work directly influences client acquisition and Blockhouse’s brand positioning.

  • Opportunity to shape our institutional presence at major industry events, conferences, and through thought leadership.

  • Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Significant Equity – Be part of a high-growth firm with strong upside potential.
