We're seeking a motivated Enterprise Business Development Executive to work with Fortune 500-1000 organizations and global industry Leaders. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to connect with customers, build high-impact partnerships, and drive revenue growth—all while working in a supportive and energetic environment. Our Employer-of-Record services, underpinned by Atlas technology, support our clients’ global expansion and allow them to hire around the globe without compliance concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with enterprise C-level executives to identify strategic business opportunities and lead negotiations for multi-million-dollar contracts, ensuring successful deal execution.
  • Manage complex, long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, building strong relationships with key influencers and executive sponsors in target organizations, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic partnerships, meeting and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and nurture relationships with global referral and alliance partners to expand market reach.
  • Mentor and coach peers on consultative sales strategies and best practices.
  • Generate qualify and track leads efficiently, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline from discovery to close.
  • Develop deep expertise in our product offerings, positioning, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Legal, and Finance, to drive seamless deal execution.

Ideal Profile

  • 10-15+ years in enterprise sales, with proven success in closing complex, high-value deals, ideally selling HCM or EOR services.
  • You have experience selling services, such as consultancy, to a named list of enterprise companies.
  • You have a dynamic personality, passionate customer success, about what you do, able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels across the business.
  • You have confident courageous communication skills (written and verbal), and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations.
  • You enjoy new client/logo acquisition.
  • You have an excellent business acumen with the requisite communication, organizational and interpersonal skills needed to generate new revenue in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious to learn, develop and can adapt to change.
