WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

The Nitrogen Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue retention and growth through managing relationships with our largest and most complex enterprise client accounts. Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide exceptional service, ensure client satisfaction, and drive product adoption.

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at enterprise clients, including C-suite executives, decision-makers, and senior management teams. 
  • Account Strategy: Create and execute strategic account plans to drive customer retention, product adoption, and account growth through partnering with clients to achieve their business objectives.
  • Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify new revenue opportunities by understanding client needs and recommending additional products or services that align with their objectives.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize value for both the client and Nitrogen.
  • Customer Success & Satisfaction: Oversee the health of each account through leveraging tight collaboration with Network Account Managers, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.
  • Solution Delivery: Leverage the Solutions Consulting team to deliver customized technical solutions and education that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams on all facets of enterprise account strategy, ranging from facilitating upsell campaigns to informing the enterprise product roadmap.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on account performance, providing regular updates on key metrics, opportunities, and client feedback to senior leadership.
  • Event Participation: Represent Nitrogen at industry events, conferences, and client meetings when necessary to expand relationships and enhance the company's visibility in the market.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to offer clients the most up-to-date and relevant advice on how to successfully leverage Nitrogen in an ever-changing landscape.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, sales, or relationship management within the financial services, wealth management, or related industries.
  • Proven Success: A track record of exceptional achievement on enterprise renewals and expansion quotas.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience managing accounts and processes in Salesforce.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.

  • Industry Fluency: Speak the language of our core clients and partners: broker-dealers, corporate RIAs, advisors, custodians, clearing firms, asset managers, and compliance departments.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to cut through ambiguity and identify the root of an issue, whether it is understanding the inner workings of a client’s org structure or seeing around corners to solve problems for your clients before they’re even on the radar.
  • Innately Driven: Ability to deliver results at high velocity; willing to accept feedback and continually improve.
  • Adaptability: Works well in a high-energy, fast paced, and constantly changing environment.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization to accomplish necessary objectives.

The expected total compensation range for this position is $140-$200k OTE.

Lesser experience may result in lower compensation and greater experience may result in greater compensation than the stated range.
