Snapdocs is a rapidly growing company that is disrupting the residential mortgage market, bringing scalable and sophisticated software to a pillar of the US economy that still relies on fax machines and manila envelopes. Today, 20% of real estate transactions are processed through our platform. Our products rely on carefully designed workflows, AI-based automations, and empathetic user experiences to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. We are backed by investors like Sequoia, Y Combinator, and F-Prime.

We are an innovative team. As we expand our product offering to serve more customers in more ways, we need to grow our team with smart, hungry, and curious people. That’s where you come in…

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of Snapdocs’ expansion into the largest lending institutions, evangelizing our vision of digitizing the mortgage process. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing enterprise deals within a defined target account list in your territory. This is an opportunity to work directly with heads of lending and operations at Fortune 5000 lenders, helping them enhance their client engagement and closing process.

To succeed, you will leverage strong sales and demand generation skills, identify key decision-makers, and navigate complex enterprise sales cycles. You will also work cross-functionally with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams to ensure Snapdocs delivers value-driven solutions aligned with client needs.

What You’ll Do:

Drive revenue growth by owning and executing Snapdocs’ enterprise sales strategy within your defined territory.

Engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders at large lending institutions to understand their pain points and align Snapdocs’ solutions with their business goals.

Develop, negotiate, and close high-value enterprise deals, including six-figure contracts.

Strategically manage named accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of each prospect’s initiatives, challenges, and digital transformation goals.

Use account planning and demand generation techniques to build pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and business referrals.

Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Development, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to craft compelling value propositions.

Act as a trusted advisor, helping lenders modernize their closing processes while ensuring alignment with Snapdocs’ vision and evolving product capabilities.

Stay ahead of industry trends, monitoring e-Closing and mortgage technology advancements to drive superior results.

Continuously refine your sales skills, seeking out coaching, enablement resources, and peer collaboration to maximize success.

What We’re Looking For:

6-8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of hunting, closing, and expanding Fortune 5000 accounts.

• Experience selling into financial services, mortgage, or lending verticals is a plus.

Deep expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and managing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.

Quota-crushing track record—you have consistently exceeded targets and ranked among top performers in previous roles.

• Strong account planning and pipeline management skills, leveraging CRM and sales enablement tools.

Ability to forecast accurately, ensuring proper pipeline visibility and sales execution.

High-energy, self-motivated, and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, evolving startup environments.

Team-oriented mindset, understanding that sales is a team sport—you know how to collaborate effectively across an organization.

Passionate about customer success, with a relentless focus on delivering measurable value to clients.

• Willing to travel and meet clients in person, using creative strategies to build relationships and drive engagement.
