It is a very exciting time of growth for our Go-To-Market sales team, and we are currently hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to provide strategic customer account leadership.

What will this role entail?

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will work closely with both the Quisitive sales pursuit team and Microsoft field sales representatives to position Microsoft platform technology services and solutions that ensure our enterprise customers (at least $3B+) achieve their strategic business objectives and digital transformation goals.

Previous experience personally identifying and prospecting strategic customer accounts and growing those accounts into multi-million-dollar sales opportunities by cross-selling throughout those organizations is critical to the success of this role.

Duties will include:

  • Leading and managing all phases of the sales pursuit cycle including designing and executing highly effective data-driven, business development and lead acquisition strategies for enterprise commercial customers.
  • Positioning yourself as a trusted partner in strategic customer accounts.
  • Articulating and positioning Quisitive’s value proposition and competitive differentiation.
  • Translating complex technical solutions into understandable business-value to customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Collaborating with and developing mutually beneficial, trusted relationships with Microsoft field sales teams.
  • Leading RFP responses, proposal development, sales presentations and final contract negotiations.

What’s required to be successful in this role?

  • First and foremost, you should have demonstrable experience and a proven track record of selling multi-million-dollar complex technology solutions and services with the ability to sell $8+ million per year to large enterprise customers.
  • Extraordinary business acumen, tenacity and a credible, professional executive appearance; proven ability to effectively engage, influence and persuade executive business stakeholders, discern business needs and translate complex solutions into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • An innovative mindset – an effective listener who is always thinking about the “art of the possible” when engaging with customers.
  • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills; strong problem solving, decision making, time management and organizational skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to develop productive customer/team relationships and work across functional boundaries.
  • Promoter of trust and teamwork; ability to delegate, motivate and influence.
  • Demonstrable data-driven strategic account planning and sales execution capabilities; demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • A trusted and established business network in the commercial enterprise sector that is nurtured and has growth potential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field.

What else would set me apart?

  • Previous experience selling Microsoft services and solutions – specifically for a Microsoft partner
  • Previous experience selling offshore technology services
  • Trusted relationships within the Microsoft field sales ecosystem
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft Azure cloud platform technologies
  • Sales experience within Finance and/or Insurance industry verticals

This role can be located anywhere in the United States, but we would prefer Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Phoenix or Tampa.

If you love the art of the deal, have a passion for selling strategic technology services and enjoy being a sales leader in a growth-minded company, Quisitive is the company for you!

Please, no third-party agency inquiries, and we are unable to offer visa sponsorships at this time.
