We are looking for a Director of Enterprise Accounts who wants to become part of a world-class AI / Legal Tech startup. You will be working alongside the VP of Sales & Product Strategy focusing on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify and engage potential clients, strategically qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline
  • Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives through effective sales strategies and client relationship management
  • Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with clients, uncovering growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to organize seminars, trade shows, and other events, ensuring alignment with sales objectives
  • Travel to both existing and prospective clients, fostering market share growth and effectively promoting and selling our tools
  • Plan, coordinate and execute sales presentations to inform, persuade, educate and ultimately close business
  • Learn, develop and evangelize new ways for DeepJudge to differentiate itself in the marketplace

What we are looking for:

  • You are self-motivated with a consistent track record in software sales
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales. Sales in legaltech is a plus
  • You are most comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere and a fast-growing customer base
  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
  • Excellent analytic and negotiation skills
  • You communicate effectively and with full proficiency in English
  • Strong team-working and collaboration skills, self-starter and proactive
  • You can work independently, know how to prioritize and get things done
