Engineering Leadership level software engineer-frontend/fullstack

Team Introduction: Our group is in charge of developing industrial, commercialized, enterprise-level solutions and products, to meet business requirements in various scenarios, such as Network Infrastructure Construction, System and Application Management, Large-scale Asset Management, Front-desk Service, Audio/Video Broadcasting Service, Server/Conference Room Intelligent Operation, Enterprise Administration, etc. Taking advantage of cutting-edge big data and AI technologies, we are aiming at building a more automated and intelligent enterprise solution infrastructure.
And, you are responsible for:
- Lead and grow a team of engineers in frontend development of innovative enterprise software
- Provide strategic and operational oversight for frontend development and establish/polish development process to improve productivity
- Develop both mid-term and long-term roadmaps and drive execution for delivery with alignment of project/product team
- Understand company-wide and industry trends to help assess and develop new technologies.
- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Math etc
- Expert level programming experience
- Vast experience in building and shipping enterprise products
- Experience managing engineering teams including hiring/termination and performance management
- Self-motivated, intense eagerness to learn, ready to dive deep into complex problems, effective communication skills, and great teamwork spirit
