SUMMARY
This role supports the energy origination team by identifying and evaluating potential energy sites for data centers. The position involves engaging with external partners, utilities, and market stakeholders to develop leads and strengthen industry relationships. Additionally, the candidate will manage internal workflows, tracking systems, and documentation to facilitate deal execution and project development.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Support the origination team in identifying and evaluating energy sites for data centers.
- Assist in lead development by engaging with external partners, utilities, and market stakeholders.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with energy developers, regulators, and industry contacts.
- Manage internal workflows, tracking systems, and documentation to support deal execution and project development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align energy procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Create presentations and reports to communicate energy procurement strategies, site evaluations, and deal progress to internal stakeholders.

- 5+ years of experience in the domestic energy sector, with exposure to origination, development, or procurement.
- Strong understanding of energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and interconnection processes.
- Experience managing internal workflows, project tracking, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with external and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple projects simultaneously.
