Weights & Biases is looking for a highly organized and proactive Enablement Program Manager to support the execution of enablement programs across our Revenue organization. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the development, execution, and continuous improvement of enablement programs, content, and tools. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enablement leadership to ensure learning materials are delivered on time, content is up to date, and training programs run smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting and educating high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • With guidance from Enablement leadership, drive onboarding programs for new hires, scheduling trainings and tracking course completion
  • Coordinate scheduling, communications, and logistics for training sessions and workshops
  • Manage, maintain and regularly audit our enablement content library (CMS/LMS), ensuring materials are current, relevant, and easily accessible
  • Partner with Enablement leadership to build learning paths and track progress and completion
  • Work closely with enablement, sales leadership, and product marketing to uplevel existing onboarding and product proficiency programs
  • Assist in gathering feedback from stakeholders and participants to improve programs over time
  • Help develop slide decks, enablement materials, and internal communications for trainings and launches
  • Track key program metrics and support reporting efforts to assess impact and identify opportunities for improvement

Experience:

  • Experience in enablement, sales/sales development, or program/project coordinationStrong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally and balancing the needs of diverse stakeholder groups
  • Comprehension of B2B SaaS sales cycle and seller needs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and experience with CRM and enablement tools (Guru, Highspot, Seismic, WorkRamp, etc.) 

Nice to have skills & experience:

  • Interest or experience in instructional design or adult learning
  • Passion for or experience in the AI industry

  • You make revenue teams feel confident and supported in finding the resources and training they need

  • You build a strong foundation of enablement processes that scale as your team grows
