Everbridge: A fast-growing global provider of SaaS-based critical communications and enterprise safety solutions, is currently seeking an Enablement Manager to be based in the U.S. This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the U.S. 


As an Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for creating and delivering in-person and virtual training sessions, developing comprehensive knowledge guides, and crafting engaging tutorials to ensure our users can maximize the value of our SaaS product. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance our training programs and resources, fostering an environment of growth and knowledge sharing. 

What you'll do:

  • Facilitate Training Sessions: Lead in-person and live virtual training sessions for internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure product adoption and proficiency. 
  • Create Knowledge Guides & Tutorials: Develop and maintain easy-to-understand, engaging knowledge guides, tutorials, and other learning materials that assist users in navigating our product. 
  • Product Expertise: Continuously stay up-to-date with our SaaS product’s features and functionalities to provide relevant, high-quality training and support. 
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, customer success, and sales teams to understand user needs and ensure training resources are aligned with customer goals. 
  • Agility & Adaptability: Respond to evolving training needs and adapt content quickly to ensure it's relevant, effective, and engaging. 
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from training sessions and make improvements to ensure that future training is even more impactful. 
  • Onboarding & Continuous Learning: Assist in the onboarding of new hires, customers, and partners, ensuring they receive ongoing training and support to succeed. 
  • Report on Success: Track training effectiveness and measure success through participant feedback and product usage metrics. 

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar enablement or training role, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry. 
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Ability to develop educational materials such as knowledge guides, user manuals, and tutorials. 
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate, and effective training content. 
  • Excellent agility and adaptability to adjust to fast-paced, evolving needs. 
  • Hustle mentality with a passion for learning new systems and technologies quickly. 
  • Ability to collaborate and work as a team player to achieve common goals. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects. 
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to inspire others. 
  • Ability to travel 10% per year to conferences and for customer training.  

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Everbridge ranges from $67,000 - $90,000 and may also include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
