About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Systems Senior Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the global strategy, design, and implementation, configuration and administration of systems that create an engaging and productive experience for our CrowdStrike employes at all stages of the employee lifecycle (Attract, Onboard, Develop, Perform, Engage, Exit). You will work closely with HR, IT, and other key stakeholders to ensure our systems align with global business objectives, drive employee engagement and performance, and maximize usage of appropriate trends and advancements across the HR Technology landscape. These systems include Rewards & Recognition platform, Employee Experience platforms, Learning and Development systems(LMS/LXP), Onboarding, Skills, Talent Management System, and best in class tools and content platforms.
What You'll Do:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product roadmap for Employee Lifecycle systems and tools, aligning with organizational goals and HR strategies.
  • Systems design and administration: Collaborate with HR and other business units to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the systems meet current and future needs. Management of the integration between your products and existing HR Source systems.
  • Implementation: Responsible for the global design, configuration, and deployment of talent management systems, ensuring they are user-friendly and efficient.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring they deliver high-quality solutions and support.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective system usage.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that systems comply with relevant regulations and security standards, protecting sensitive employee information.
  • Continuous Improvement: Ensures systems processes and procedures operate effectively and efficiently to meet current and future business needs to build a high performing and engaged workforce. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to enhance system functionality and user experience.


What You'll Need:

  • 8 years experience implementing, configuring, integrating and supporting Talent and Learning HR Systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., PMP, HR certifications) preferred.
  • Experience with Workday HCM a plus
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on HR systems and talent management.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, talent management, and employee lifecycle.
  • Experience with HR software platforms (e.g., Workday, Talent systems, LMS) and project management tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $120,000 - $200,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
