About The RoleWe are seeking a talented and passionate Employee Communications Specialist to join our People team. As an Employee Communications Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives that inform, inspire, recognize, and connect employees across all levels of the organization. You will bring fresh ideas to help enhance our engagement activities and recognition programs that create a positive and inclusive culture for our diverse TRR community. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments and work closely with business leaders and executives.
This role is open to remote but preference will go to Bay Area/SF or NYC candidates.

Support the employee communications strategies that align with the company's mission, values, and business objectives.

Create engaging and informative content for internal communications channels, including email newsletters, articles for our employee platform, digital signage, video series, executive scripts, presentations, and announcements.

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company-wide and employee events, engagement activities, recognition programs, and DEI initiatives to foster a sense of community and belonging.

Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns, provide support, and promote open communication and transparency.

Monitor and analyze metrics and feedback to gather insights and assess employee satisfaction, engagement, and well-being.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our organization’s culture.

Reinforce the reputation of TRR’s brand by analyzing and responding to inquiries, and amplifying content across employer branding channels.
What You Bring To The Role
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or Business.

3+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or a related field (experience in a fast-paced environment, tech or fashion brand is a plus).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for diverse audiences.

Knowledge of employee engagement best practices, including recognition programs, team-building activities, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong storytelling and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Strong oral and written communications skills with executive presence

Preferred Requirements

Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.

The expected salary range for this role is $74,949.60-$80,000.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
