EC lead multiple pathway programs, attracting technology and business streams talent who are ready to learn from the best minds in technology and shape the future with us as we " make the impossible possible ".
Our team is globally distributed in the US, APAC and India, where we recruit technical and non technical professionals for both seasonal and on demand programs. We collaborate across borders and pivot to the unique needs of each market we work in.
We seek a seasoned Early Careers professional, with university recruiting combined with program leadership experience for Intern, Grad or other early career programs to join the EC TA team. The role will focus on leading the delivery of our grad, Intern and co-operative programs globally. You will also collaborate and partner with Learning, workplace experience, and other internal teams to create global consistency, evolve program design and innovate to optimise our approach to EC Talent program delivery and help us build a world class early careers team.
On day one you will:

  • Co-lead the development of the global framework and "experience journey" for intern and grad programs in collaboration with your learning peer in the Talent Development team. You will be responsible for the overall program experience - and integral to its design, and evolution over time.
  • Analyse our processes and practices in delivering the Intern program, and identify and prioritise opportunities for improvement. Build a project plan to deploy in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for the leadership of regional resources deployed to the Intern program, an the governance of the delivery of the programs and reporting on outcomes.
  • Benchmark our intern experience with external tech organisations, in conjunction with Talent and TeamAnywhere teams
  • Collaborate on the evolution of TA's responsibilities for the Graduate program. Working with each business team, HRBP, and Grad program team to support existing programs in Engineering, Product and Sales team - and evolve them with Talent and learning teams.
  • Review and optimise Early Career TA R&R's and ownership of processes from offer acceptance to onboarding date.
  • Work with program teams map the journey, from internship to Grad programs for each business line - Streamline, connect programs, standardise. Review of our processes, then optimise and innovate where opportunities exist.
  • Program leadership of other key EC roadmap initiatives like:
    • Collaboration on global operational excellence programs, such as Dashboards, Metrics, Reporting, Internal and external communication to all levels of stakeholders and to team, and EC Craft excellence programs.
    • Tech enablement programs as part of the EC TA leadership team, coordinating our efforts, resources and driving collaboration with Ptech and Enablement teams as the SME.


The ideal candidate for the position should

  • Have substantial experience leading Campus, University or Early Careers Talent Attraction teams and have lead grad and intern programs delivery. Experience in program management for TA and talent programs. Ideally within a complex multi national or matrix based organisation
  • Possess excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence and a curious mindset
  • A mind for data lead decision making, strong analytical abilities, and a reporting and metrics focus
  • Ideally hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Technology or a related field.
  • Executive stakeholder leadership skills and collaboration is essential
