Blue Yonder is seeking an innovative, captivating and forward-thinking Solution Experience Strategist and Evangelist to elevate the

Experience Layer outcomes both internally and externally for Prospect & Customer advocacy.

This strategic role is at the forefront of transforming our product and pioneering

a new culture centered around experience-driven strategies. This role reports directly to the Chief Design Officer,

You will be responsible for:

• Bridging the opportunity gaps between Pre-Sales and customers to ensure the investment in Design is being implemented
• Driving the use of design tools/thinking regardless of job function
• Translating external insights and feedback to ensure they inform meaningful product development
• Storytelling about our strategy – what’s new and where we’re going 
• Capturing the hearts and minds of the market (prospect/customer) 

You will play a key role in shaping how our company transitions from app-based to cloud-platform to agent-driven solutions to pioneer system autonomy for the supply chain.

You will have bring lots Solution Consulting experience, Sales Orientated with a strong understanding on UX and Product Strategy .

Key Responsibilities

* External Feedback Integration:

Act as a conduit between external-facing insights (from customers, partners, users, and industry trends) and Pre-Sales (prospect customer) to ensure insights

captured feed into the UX Insights & Research Program

* Evangelism and Thought Leadership:

Serve as a key evangelist for the Experience Program—engaging with strategic accounts, and customer forums.

Articulate the evolving role of technology in shaping user experiences, with a specific focus on agent-based interactions and AI integration.
 

* Product Experience Strategy:

Participate in the strategic vision for product experience across the company, aligning with the Chief Design Officer’s broader UX strategy and company goals.

Champion the transition from app-centric models to agent-driven ecosystems, ensuring that users are empowered by our technology.
 

* Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with pre-sales and customer success teams to communicate the value of experience-driven product features, driving internal and external alignment

Advocate for consistency is table stakes across platforms, ensuring that experience continuity and quality are foundational to our design and development efforts.
 

* Metrics and Continuous Improvement:

Map success metrics for UX engagement towards increase win-rate for prospect and renewals for customers—Experience impact towards business growth

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Ideally in Library Sciences or HCI

10+ years of experience in product management, user experience, or design leadership roles, with a focus on bridging strategy,

UX, and product development in SAAS for large Enterprise environments.

Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills and storytelling abilities, with experience presenting to senior leaders,

partners, and industry stakeholders.

Proven track record of capturing and operationalizing external feedback into meaningful product enhancements.

Experience working with large-scale platforms and transitioning from traditional app-based systems to more modern agent-based or AI-driven interactions.

Strong understanding of UX principles and how they influence product development.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration between product, design, and engineering departments.

Analytical mindset with the ability to define, track, and optimize key experience metrics.

Will travel when needed to customer locations, workshops and conferences and internal leadership meetings.

The salary range for this position is: USD $130,769.23 – $189,615.38

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
