About the Role:
As CrowdStrike's head of ServiceNow Applications, you will develop an organization designed to create the infrastructure and systems that enable business operations teams to scale and achieve process excellence. Success will require partnering with key stakeholders to ensure our systems and practices support CrowdStrike's overall Business Strategy. You will be responsible for achieving the required functionality, ease of execution and scalability in the platform while supporting multiple business units, including, but not limited to: Legal, Information Security, Finance, Human Resources, Project Management Office, and Information Technology Operations.
What You'll Do:

  • Partner, collaborate and develop strong relationships with business unit leaders to understand organizational needs in support of the digital strategy, corporate objectives, and major functional objectives
  • Perform gap assessments, formulate investment proposals, and partner with the PMO organization to develop roadmaps that optimally reflect corporate priorities and balancing of resources
  • Manage demand and drive execution of a portfolio of projects through effective prioritization, planning (e.g. clear definition of objectives, success criteria, risks, scope, timelines, cost), vendor management and oversight
  • Develop, document, and maintain process, system, integration and data architectures for the ServiceNow eco-systems
  • Utilize best practices for defining business capabilities, understanding core requirements, and managing vendors for implementation and ongoing support
  • Serve as the IT owner for ServiceNow platform and partner cross functionally to ensure systems integrate and operate as designed and intended to support global process execution
  • Implement integrated and automated processes that drive efficiency and be audit ready at all times; sustain knowledge continuity through appropriate level of documentation, cross training and vendor management


What You'll Need:

  • 10+ years of proven experience as an IT product owner leading a ServiceNow development team with a track record of continued growth and responsibilities
  • 15+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in IT applications with a minimum of 4 years partnering and working with multiple business functions on the implementation of new capabilities enabled by IT
  • Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA or similar certification is a plus
  • Experience in the Cloud Software industry is a plus
  • Strong business acumen along with proven collaboration and facilitation skills
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations and administration with several years of experience with multiple best-in-class solutions
  • Extensive business system analysis skills and strong experience with system development lifecycle methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
  • The ability and willingness to roll up sleeves as needed to ensure group success
  • Experience in change management and influencing across complex areas such as process design, tradeoffs in systems, scaling programs through company life stages, etc
  • Proven track record of influencing, leading and facilitating initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $160,000 - $250,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
