As the Director of Revenue Technology, you will oversee the strategy, implementation, and optimization of the technology stack supporting our revenue-generating functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role ensures that tools and systems align with business goals, enhance operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making. 

You will collaborate cross-functionally to scale infrastructure, streamline processes, and improve the overall performance of our go-to-market (GTM) teams. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving sustainable revenue growth, empowering GTM teams to operate efficiently, make informed decisions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. 

In this role, you will:

  • Define and execute a scalable revenue technology strategy to support company growth goals.
  • Own the revenue tech stack, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation, customer success tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Identify technology gaps and opportunities to enhance GTM team performance and efficiency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure technology investments align with strategic business objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of new tools and integrations across the revenue technology ecosystem.
  • Ensure seamless integration of tools and data across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success platforms.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the performance and usability of existing systems.
  • Implement automation solutions to eliminate manual tasks and improve process efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain data governance best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Oversee the design and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable insights for revenue teams.
  • Enable advanced analytics capabilities, such as pipeline health, forecasting, and churn analysis.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Technology team, including system administrators, analysts, and engineers.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to align tools and processes with business needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between GTM teams and technical resources to manage system requirements and priorities.
  • Partner with the Revenue Operations team to streamline workflows and improve scalability across the customer lifecycle.
  • Drive the development of playbooks and processes that enable consistent execution across GTM teams.
  • Lead initiatives to improve data flow, reporting, and system usability.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for technology solutions.
  • Ensure optimal utilization and ROI of all revenue technology investments.

About You:

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations with a focus on technology.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing revenue technology stacks, including Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Gainsight, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in scaling technology for high-growth SaaS or subscription-based businesses is a strong plus.
  • Technical Skills
    • Deep expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Zapier).
    • Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and reporting.
    • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
    • Familiarity with automation tools and APIs for process optimization.
  • Leadership and Soft Skills
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Results-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The Total On Target Earnings for this position:  Base + Bonus is between $200k - $230k depending on experience.
