About the role
As the Director of Revenue Operations you will drive operational excellence, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making across our commercial functions. This role requires strong leadership, analytical rigor, and stakeholder management to ensure our revenue operations are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals, with the right processes, tools, and insights.
You will lead and drive initiatives by building strong relationships across teams, managing priorities effectively, and communicating insights and recommendations to the executive team.
This role has one direct report, a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst.
You will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
You will:
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to drive revenue visibility and accuracy
- Ensure data integrity and approval workflows across commercial tools and systems
- Partner with product and marketing teams to support new product rollouts
- Own and manage the Domo roadmap, ensuring adoption and impact
- Analyze commercial and revenue metrics identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Optimize systems and processes to align with business needs
- Support Sales Enablement on relevant commercial team training and documentation to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage feedback loops, align priorities, and drive continuous performance improvement across our Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Executive teams
- Evaluate, implement, and manage sales tools and technology, including Salesforce, LinkedIn SalesNav and ZoomInfo.
- Own vendor relationships, renewals, and budget allocation
You have:
- 8+ years’ experience in a revenue operations or sales operations role
- 3+ years’ experience managing and developing direct reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
- Owned the management of sales pipelines, forecasting and performance analysis
- Proficiency in managing sales tech stacks including Salesforce, LinkedIn SalesNav and ZoomInfo.
- Experience with Domo or similar BI tools
- A track record of influencing executive-level stakeholders
- Proven ability to document and drive process improvements
- Experience evaluating and implementing new tools and technologies

The salary range is a reasonable estimate based on aggregate data for all US locations. Any offered salary is determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to; candidate location, cost of labor, market data/ranges, internal equity, internal salary ranges, applicant’s skills, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology, for example).
Salary range: Low: $170,000 - High: $200,000
