Why You'll Love This Role

We seek a visionary and proven leader to establish and lead our Remote First Operations team at Cribl. The Remote First Operations team at Cribl will be responsible for partnering cross-functionally to develop our remote first practices that ensure our global herd can thrive from anywhere. 

As a vital member of Cribl's centralized Business Operations team, you will lead transformative initiatives that drive strategy, growth, and operational excellence. Your role will involve partnering with cross-functional teams—including finance, product, and go-to-market—to deliver high-impact programs that drive our strategy and create long-term success. You will own this company-wide effort in establishing our remote first operations practice, establishing how we move work across Cribl!


As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will ...

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance remote first culture across the organization, ensuring teams make the most of time spent together whether in person or remotely.
  • Collaborate with leaders and teams across the company to draft and integrate remote-first policies into all aspects of company operations.
  • Design and lead remote first training sessions to foster effective collaboration in a distributed environment.
  • Partner with IT and Business Systems to adopt remote work tools and technologies, ensuring all employees have the necessary resources to work effectively from anywhere.
  • Develop best practices for asynchronous communication, collaboration, and documentation to support a global remote workforce.
  • Analyze and report on remote work metrics to continuously improve distributed team performance and engagement.


If You Got It - We Want It

  • Recruited, developed, and grown an effective remote first operations team at a fast growing technology company
  • Proven experience in remote work management, with a particularly strong understanding of remote first better practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Experience with change management, organizational development, and driving adoption of new technologies and processes (e.g. Fathom, Smartsheets, Glean)
  • Ability to develop, lead, and run effective training sessions to foster a culture of effective remote first work practices


Salary Range ($150,000 - $205,000)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), equity, and eligibility for a discretionary company-wide bonus.
